The staff is beyond great and on the job. I own a home and wanted to move there for the overall friendliness and vibe. I have never experienced anything like this, even in a 5 star resort and I was only a visitor.

My wife (Liz) and I lived at Riverpoint Luxury Apartments for almost 4 years and have recently moved due to work. I cannot tell you how much pleasure we have drawn from living at Riverpoint. I have in the past and continue to recommend it to all my physician friends, as well as to all the medical residents moving into the area. Our apartment was beautiful and highly functional. The amenities were amazing, the neighbors were friendly, the parking was extraordinary, the garages were a dream, the clubhouse and gym were very useful and the pool and fire-pit were the perfect touches. We also had a dog and the management was particularly friendly toward pets, as you could tell from the beautifully maintained dog park they had. Garbage and other waste were never a problem and the repairs to anything on the premises or insides the apartments we’re fast!!! I would like to extend a hearty thank you to Ms. Totten the apartment manager, for making our stay and subsequent move so simple and pleasant!!! If we head back to Rome in the future, Riverpoint is the place for me 🙂🙏

We have only lived here for 1 month but so far we’re loving it! The pool is lovely and very sociable but never too busy. Apartments are very modern and the standard of maintenance is high. It’s a lovely place to live.

Fantastic residence - really enjoyed my time living at these apartments, great location, nice amenities, and very safe environment. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a flexible/short term living environment. Responses from maintenance were solid, and never had any issues living here.
